The pace and pressure of life can take a toll on your mental health.

Taking care of your mental health can significantly impact your physical health and how you show up in the world for yourself, your family, and your community. Plus – it feels good!

Mental health issues, such as depression, can be linked to physical conditions, including thyroid disorders and imbalances that show up in your blood. That is why Quest Diagnostics is offering attendees free Thyroid, Vitamin D, and CBC (complete blood count) testing.

Set aside some time this Saturday to support your own well-being.
