Republicans won’t do it, so U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) will hold a public forum on Trump’s self-enrichment crypto scheme. The forum, “Trump’s Crypto Corruption,” will look at how Trump has “supercharged foreign influence and bribery of the White House and weakened systems built to protect Americans’ hard-earned savings.” The forum will make the case against legislation that allows Trump to corruptly enrich himself from his crypto schemes while in office. The forum will be held in G-50 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
